Afstudeerder: Innovatieve verpakking voor bakkerijproducten

On 19 February 2015 Mark Plant held a speech as part of his master assignment entitled: Development of an innovative packaging concept and integrated packaging development approach within a Stage-Gate based innovation process. He did his graduation project at Vandemoortele, producer of bakery products and lipids.
The introduction of a centralised Stage-Gate based ‘Innovation Process Management’ trajectory, is Vandemoortele’s initiative in professionalising and extending their current activities with a pro-active and revolutionary product (packaging) development approach, with an increased focus on its lipids’ B2C retail brand based activities (Website Universiteit Twente, februari 2015).
