Rapport: Wereldwijde update over etikettering van levensmiddelen

EUFIC (European Food Information Council) and other partner food information organisations have produced a January 2014 edition of the Global Update on Nutrition Labelling. It targets at providing a worldwide up to date state of nutritional labelling, evaluating research and practical experiences, highlighting emerging trends and remaining knowledge gaps and suggests new fields for consumer research.
The January 2014 edition of the Global update on Nutrition Labelling is available as downloadable PDF, as well as an executive summary. EUFIC provides publications on nutrition & health and food safety & quality on its website (Website EUFIC).
