Wereldmarkt bulk containers 2015-2019

In a new report Technavio's analysts forecast the global bulk container packaging market to grow at a CAGR of around 10% between 2015 and 2019, owing to increased demand from the chemicals and petroleum industry. Currently, North America leads the global market; however, APAC is expected to witness the fastest growth during the forecast period.
The market is witnessing increased usage of biodegradable alternatives. PLA films are the preferred materials due to their better barrier properties against UV light. The usage of cellulose and starch in container packaging has gained prominence because they are cheap and can be conveniently plasticized (Persbericht Technavio, 29 oktober 2015).
