According to a new report by Technavio, the global blow molded plastic bottles market is expected to grow at a CAGR of close to 4% during the forecast period 2017 to 2021.
The rise in disposable incomes and the consumption of beverages will propel the demand for beverage plastic bottles. In the household industry, the laundry care segment dominated the global blow molded plastic bottles market in 2016. The plastic packaging segment accounted for the largest market share in the personal care industry and due to the flexibility and versatility of blow-molded plastic, it is emerging as the most preferred material for the packaging (Persbericht Technavio, 2 februari 2017).
