In a new report Technavio's analysts forecast the global aseptic packaging market to grow at a CAGR of 10% between 2016 and 2020. Several factors such as the presence of efficient supply chains through which food and beverage products reach final points of sale, augmented demand from the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, and the eco-friendly nature of aseptic packaging will foster the adoption of aseptic packaging during the forecast period. APAC accounts for 38% of the market, owing to the growth of non-cyclic markets, such as the dairy, F&B, and pharmaceutical markets in populous countries such as India, China, and Indonesia (Persbericht Technavio, 28 januari 2016).
