EU publiceert 10e ATP van de CLP Verordening

The European Commission has published the 10th Adaptation to Technical and Scientific Progress (ATP) to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (EU CLP regulation) on May 4th, 2017. The 10th ATP is effective December 1st, 2018. Of particular note is the inclusion of harmonized Acute Toxicity Estimates (ATE) for Nicotine (3-[(2S)-1-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl] pyridine, CAS 54-11-5). Thirteen entries were updated and 24 entries were added. Changes were made to the CLP Notes, including deleting Note E, replacing several Notes and adding two Notes (ChemADVISOR, 11 mei 2017).
