Onderzoek naar samenstelling klantenorders e-commerce

Web Retail Packaging (WRP), addressing packaging for e-commerce, is subject of one of the NVC innovation projects. In July 2016, the NVC international working group WRP sent a survey to e-tailers and manufacturers addressing the composition process of e-commerce orders for physical products. The purpose is to identify existing problems in the picking and packing of e-commerce individual orders and to find a starting point for future improvements. Each company participating in the survey will receive a report with the results in return. Before publication, the results will be discussed during the 3rd annual meeting of the NVC Working Group that takes place 23 September 2016.
