Technavio has announced the top 5 leading vendors for the global pet care packaging in a new report. The top 5 vendors identified are Amcor, Bemis, Mondi, Printpack and Sonoco.
It is challenging for the small and local vendors to compete against the international vendors in terms of features, quality and range of offerings. So they compete in terms of cost by offering innovative solutions at prices lower than those offered by international players. Growing demand for high quality packaged food products expands the scope for innovations in the market. International players are expected to grow inorganically by acquiring regional or local players (Persbericht Technavio, 19 september 2016).
